Rob Anello
Managing Member
Rob is the current Owner of Lake Norman Electric.
He received his Electrical Education through a Trade and Apprenticeship program between 1979-1983 in California.
In 1984 at the age of 23, Rob received a “Master Electrician” certification. After testing, he was issued an Electrical Contractors License by the State of California.
Since 1984 Rob has been self-employed as a Contractor in the Electrical Industry.
Over his 45-year career, the challenges of the Electrical business have afforded him the opportunity of many different types of Electrical installation experiences.
He has managed electrical projects, from sub-stations to the wiring of custom homes and everything you can imagine in between. He has employed over 175 employees at one time and completed individual projects in excess of 10M dollars.
He is licensed in multiple states to engage in Electrical Contracting and also has been issued a General Building Contractors license by the State of California.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys golf, spending time with family and traveling with his wife of 28 years. He has (5) children and (7) grandchildren.
Redmond A.
CEO / Chief Estimator
Red joined the team at Lake Norman Electric in 2014 after attending college in Texas.
Red has been around the Electrical Industry since he was a youngster as he comes from a family of Electricians.
Redmond is responsible for major corporate decisions, controls strategic goals along with administrative and client development. He handles all estimates for private Docks & Marinas.
When he is not working, Red enjoys spending time with his new wife and their three dogs: Blu, Zed and Nova. His passions include weightlifting, cars and travel.
Devin A.
Chief Operating Officer
Devin has been with the company for several years, starting as a Field Technician and then as one of Lake Norman Electric’s Estimators handling the estimates for Generators, Residential Construction and Industrial Customers.
Devin has recently been tasked with overseeing all operations for Lake Norman Electric.
Prior to becoming an employee at Lake Norman Electric, he worked for a Large Electrical Contractor as an Electrical Foreman on Projects from Charlotte to Boone.
His specialty is in Lighting Control, Design-Build and Programming.
He takes great pride in his work and strives to ensure the happiness of Lake Norman Electric customers. When not working he enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his wife and son.
He is also passionate about dog training with his Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd.
Alongside his hobbies, he is sure to make time to serve regularly at his church as security.
Robert C.
Residential Construction Project Manager
Rob has been part of the Lake Norman Electric team since 2014.
Having started in the Electrical Industry in 2000, his two decades of experience have proven to be an important part of the growth at LKN.
With his well-rounded experience of the Electrical trade, about ten years ago, the company had a need for someone to step forward and become the point person for Residential new construction. Rob was that guy and has never looked back!
With an eye to detail, along with his never-ending goal of passing inspections the first time he has developed LKN’s relationships and brand. He has earned the respect from our select home builders and Inspectors in all the County's we work in.
With the success and trust he has developed; the home sizes keep getting bigger & bigger. Under Rob’s supervision and tutorship, he now considers Lake Norman Electric specialists in custom high-end Homes.
When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
Sam L.
Project Manager - Docks & Marinas
Sam has been an electrician with Lake Norman Electric since 2018, bringing expertise and dedication to every project.
He began his career in the electrical trade in 2015 and has since developed a reputation for precision, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. Sam prides himself on staying organized, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth on-site operations.
In addition to his role as an electrician, Sam is a talented musician and holds a degree in graphic design. His creativity and hands-on skills complement his technical expertise, fueling his passion for continuous improvement.
Beyond work, Sam enjoys quality time with his four children, creating memories that inspire his drive for growth and balance in life.
Liz B.
Office Manager
Liz started with Lake Norman Electric in 2018. Prior to her arrival at Lake Norman Electric, she worked in the County Government in Ohio.
She has a background in Human Resources and is dedicated to making every Customer’s experience a happy one.
She and her husband are empty-nesters and share three grown children and two grandchildren.
While not at work she spends her free time with her 3 fur babies and her husband. Liz enjoys boating, traveling and trying new restaurants.
Meaghan K.
Permitting Specialist & Schedule Coordinator
Meaghan joined the Lake Norman Electric team in 2022.
With over fifteen years of offering administrative support in Real Estate and Construction settings, she has acquired proficiency in handling projects and processes.
She applies these skills in her day-to-day Customer relations and strives to deliver the best Customer service experience for every project from start to finish.
Originally from Northern Virginia, she relocated to North Carolina in 2021 and is happy to be a member of the Lake Norman community.
Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her children and family. She enjoys exploring her creativity through arts and crafts.
Kimberly F.
Accounts Receivable & Billings
Kimberly joined the Lake Norman Electric team in 2022.
She comes from a caregiving background, and applies her skills on a day-to-day basis to ensure that all Customers get the best experience possible.
When not at work, Kimberly enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and pets. Her passions are health, fitness, music, and travel.
Kimberly is very happy to be a part of the Lake Norman Electric family.
Katelyn M.
Human Resources & Payroll
Katelyn joined the Lake Norman Electric Team in 2024 as part of our human resources & payroll team.
She has lived in the Lake Norman area her whole life. Coming from a background in Veterinary Medicine, she uses her skills of client communication and education to ensure our customers have a great experience.
When not at work, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She is extremely passionate about Marine Biology, fitness, and all things lake related.
Katelyn is so excited to be part of the Lake Norman Electric family and cannot wait to grow with the company.
